ALA’s Preservation Week 2013 focuses on issues that military personnel, their families, and their friends encounter when they want to save, document, or record their family's military experience. The website includes SAA Oral History Section Chair Jen Eidson’s ideas for preserving family memories with oral history interviews, as well as additional resources to assist librarians who work with military families and veterans. SAA is a Preservation Week founding partner.
