Conference Call Minutes

June 15, 2015

9:00 am PT, 10:00 am MT, 11:00 am CT, and Noon ET.

Present: Mahnaz Ghaznavi, Glen McAninch, Veronica Martzahl, Sybil Schaefer, Tom Rosko, Cynthia Ghering, Solveig De Sutter, Ania Jaroszek.

Ghaznavi:  Here is a synopsis and next steps from this phone call in regards to the Comprehensive Exam rewrites.

During this phone call, group agreed to

• changes to questions highlighted in green in the source document 
• assign new unique ids to revised questions (thanks Veronica!)
• assign the questions in need of resolution, marked in pink, to 
  • Glen and Mahnaz: 25, 41
  • Liz: 40, 69 

• pilot questions needed by June 30
• updates on courses  form the liaisons but decided to continue during the next call
  • PREMIS – we got the materials for review
  • Cynthia – Mark’s courses
  • briefly talked about Glenn’s webinar but decided that Solveig, Mahnaz and Glen will stay and talk more after the DAS conference call
