Consistency from course to course; how about copyright and technical issues?  Forward the email thread so group can ask questions voice concerns; particular template they need to empathize; content – show what is similar; halfway measure would be

*Approach to Regionals – Brancato/Legg

• Written an email to send to specific regional contacts; building contact list; starting in mid-to late January;
• What do you think of this? The rest of the exams will be on Feb. 24 so I’m not sure if it would be too long to hold up the results. I do love the idea of setting these up at the regional conferences though…

*A little behind; 150; research data service – how she extracted the skills; Aims to have the list of drop titles by end of January; one of the sites she used went down; they still have everything on the – Internet Archives having another site in Canada;

*monitor things raised by students in relationship to exams; we need to improve everything as much as possible; looking for a way to handle this – schedule – SD offered to schedule calls with instructors;

Sit down look at PPT. and look at the exam; work it out.  That is part of the review process so review exams; liaison; make every question reflective of the PPT or is it “understanding what was taught.”  Good assessment.  We don’t do a systemic approach; every call – see one exam;

Report on what shepherd has done; liaison should bring up exceptions and provide update(s).  What’s coming up

Liaison will communicate with presenter our process; to ensure that exam is reflective of that content; it’s a great reminder for us…
