Ad Hoc Committee - Advocacy

To explore issues of mutual interest and concern to the three organizations, to ensure communication at the leadership levels of each organization so that advocacy concerns will be shared in a timely manner, to explore means by which advocacy efforts can be made more effective through our shared interests. Work includes: identifying resources from the three organizations to be listed on http://info.ala.org/CALM/index.php?title=Advocacy_for_Libraries,_Archives,_Museums and http://info.ala.org/CALM/index.php?title=CALM_Policy_Issues#Professional_Issues_.26_Advocacy; identifying association staff, committees, round tables, and other key contacts to be shared across the three organizations; and working with Karen Muller, ALA Librarian, to find an appropriate location for the updated information.
