1. Introductions and overview of meeting outline (5 min)

2. Council update (5 minutes)

   1. Council liaison (Rachel Winston) unable to attend, but shared link to updates from the May 16-17, 2023 Council meeting

   2. Rachel Winston rolling off Council, so DSGS will have a new liaison next year

3. ALI update - Audra Eagle Yun (5 minutes)

4. Proposed Edits to DSGS Standing Rules 

   1. Overview / Background (10 minutes)

      1. General changes throughout the Standing Rules:

         1. Inclusive pronoun usage

         2. modify LGBTQIA to LGBTQIA+

      2. Article 4. Governance edits:

         1. Defining the Social Media / Web Liaison(s) position and responsibilities

         2. Establishing a Program Coordinator position

         3. Establishing an option for past-chairs to join the Steering Committee and serve a term of two years 

      3. Article 5. Business edits: 

         1. Allow for virtual meetings to be scheduled throughout the year as deemed appropriate by DSGS leadership

   2. Discussion of Proposed Edits to Standing Rules (15-20 minutes)
