Candidate Information Page Template

Once you have gathered information from all of the candidates running in your section election, you will need to add the statements to your section microsite. 

Login to the SAA website and navigate to your section's microsite. You will see an editing menu in the right sidebar; click "Add News Item" and begin building your section's election page! 

We recommend using the following template for organizing candidate statements:

Thank you to all of our excellent candidates for standing in the 2019 [SECTION NAME] election. Please take some time to review their candidate statements and get to know them so you can make an informed choice.

You will be voting for:

  • One Vice Chair/Chair-Elect (or Co-chair), for a two-year term; and
