Guide to Implementing Rights Statements from RightsStatements.org

RightsStatements.org provides a set of standardized rights statements that can be used to communicate the copyright and re-use status of digital objects to the public.  The accompanying guide to implementing the Rights Statements found at http://www.rightsstatements.org is produced by the SAA Intellectual Property Working Group for the use of archivists and other cultural heritage professionals making digital materials available online in the United States.
