Creating a Session Proposal for SAA Annual Meetings
The Oral History Section would like to provide its membership with resources for creating a successful session proposal for upcoming SAA Annual Meetings. When developing your proposal, please keep the conference theme and the Society of American Archivists Strategic Plan in mind. Linking your proposal to these organization-wide priorities will increase chances of inclusion in the conference program. For questions and help in developing your program, please contact Doug Boyd (doug.boyd@uky.edu), the current Oral History Section chair, or any of the Oral History Section Leadership.
2012 (August 5-11): Beyond Borders, San Diego, California
- Call for Pre-Conference Proposals (Workshops, Seminars, or Web Seminars)
- To submit proposals for Section endorsement, e-mail the proposal to Doug Boyd (doug.boyd@uky.edu) by October 3, 2011
