The Student Program Subcommittee reviews and selects graduate student paper proposals and oversees selection and/or judging of student posters for the annual meeting for which it is established. The 2014 Student Call for Proposals closed February 3.
February 5 - March 7: Proposals are compiled and reviewed by individual Program Subcommittee members. Individual Subcommittee reviews are compiled, and the group makes decisions about papers and posters.
March 10 - March 14: Student Program Subcommittee communicates with all paper and poster proposers regarding the status of each proposal.
April 15: Registration opens, and presentation times are available via the public conference schedule.
