The Atlanta Hilton (255 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303) will serve as the ARCHIVES * RECORDS 2016 headquarters hotel.

$174 Single / Double

Triple/Quad Occupancy: $25 per additional person over 18 years of age.

Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 16%) in effect at the time of check out. Complimentary Internet access will be provided in guest rooms and meeting space. All guaranteed reservations require an advance deposit or credit card to guarantee arrival. The hotel allows guests the right to cancel their reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. The hotel will charge one night plus taxes for cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the guest to check in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be cancelled.

These rates are available until Tuesday, July 5, OR until our room block has been met, whichever comes first. After this date—or the date on which the room block has been met—we can no longer guarantee rates and availability. We advise you to make your room reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability and the discounted rate.

Conference Attendees: We have received reports that at least one company purporting to provide reduced room rates at the conference hotel has contacted individuals on our exhibitor list. Please note that the negotiated room rate at the conference hotel listed below is the best rate available. If you are contacted about a “reduced rate” and/or asked to pre-pay, it is likely a scam.
