SAA is lucky to have over 300 participants in ARCHIVES 2015! However, small details like permission to publish a speaker's name and institution or whether a speaker agrees to be recorded need to be collected from each person participating in an education session.
If you have just given consent to travel to Cleveland and appear at ARCHIVES 2015 as a speaker, chair, or moderator on an education session (e.g., "Session 103"), your sesison chair or the Conference Office will ask you to complete this form:
