Apology and Explanation regarding Vendor Emails

SAA provides exhibitors at the Annual Meeting with the names, email addresses, and mailing addresses of registered attendees. Attendees have the option to opt out of the list that is shared with exhibitors when they register for the event. The exhibitor contract specifies that this list is for one-time use.

This year SAA inadvertently released names of attendees who had opted out. An error was made in filtering the list from our database. We regret this error and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused to attendees.

Please note that phone numbers and other attendee data are never provided—only names and email addresses.

 

We look forward to greeting more than 1700 archives professionals next week in Cleveland.
