•  Renaissance Cleveland Hotel – As of July 2, specific dates are sold out. The hotel website will not complete online reservations if you select a date that is sold out. Please contact the hotel by phone to complete your reservation.
• The Westin is currently sold out at the SAA rate.
• The DoubleTree is currently sold out at the SAA rate.

The SAA Annual Meeting team currently is exploring availability at nearby hotels and will provide an update as soon as possible. 

Update, June 29, 2015:

• Renaissance Cleveland Hotel ‒ Rooms are still available. For all persons holding reservations, it is SAA's recommendation that you re-confirm your reservation after July 8, 2015. SAA continues to work closely with hotel management regarding the hotel's transition from a Marriott property to an independent property.
• The Westin is currently sold out at the SAA rate.
• The DoubleTree is currently sold out at the SAA rate.

  The SAA Annual Meeting team is exploring options at other hotels and will follow up soon.

As of June 22, 2015, specific dates are sold out in SAA’s room blocks at the conference hotels. The hotel websites will not complete online reservations if you select a date that is sold out. Please contact conference hotels by phone to complete your reservation. The SAA conference team is working on increasing the room block.
