unitized microform

n. ~ Individual frames or strips of microfilm that have been inserted into a jacket or aperture card, especially to allow direct access to individual documents in isolation from other documents.

Notes: 

Unitized microforms may be single-page documents, typically mounted on aperture cards, or they may be groups of images of a multipage document, often on roll film that has been cut and inserted into jackets.
