microfiche

(also fiche), n. ~ A sheet of transparent film with microimages arranged in rows and columns, usually with an area for an eye-readable description at the top.

Notes: 

Two standard sizes of microfiche are 105 × 148 mm (about 4 × 6 inches) and 75 × 125 mm (about 3 × 5 inches). Microfiche may be printed from strips of microfilm or may be created using a step-and-repeat camera.
