(Duranti 1998, p. 147) The core of the text is the disposition2, that is, the expression of the will or judgment of the author. Here, the fact or act is expressly enunciated, usually by means of a verb able to communicate the nature of the action and the function of the document, such as 'authorize,' 'promulgate,' 'decree,' 'certify,' 'agree,' 'request,' etc.
