Paul Conway has over 40 years of experience as an archivist, library administrator, and archival studies scholar.  He is a pioneer in the field of cultural heritage digitization and archival user studies, with a long and successful track-record of grant writing and project administration.  He specializes in teaching and promoting the use of international standards and best practices for the digital reformatting of archival collections, including audio-visual resources. He is developing a series of free, online courses to support the building of archival quality digital collections in archives, libraries, and museums.
