Michael Shallcross

Michael Shallcross is an Assistant Archivist in the Digital Curation division of the University of Michigan's Bentley Historical Library. He received his Masters of Science in Information (with specializations in Archives and Records Management and Preservation of Information) in 2010 from the University of Michigan and holds an A.B. (Ohio University) and M.A. (University of Arizona) in English Literature. As Technical Lead of the Bentley Library's MeMail Project (2010-2011), Michael helped develop a system to preserve the email correspondence of University of Michigan administrators. He was named to the SAA Publications Board in 2011 and has guest lectured for courses at the University of Michigan's School of Information.
