Notes: 

Change management typically refers to an intentional process undertaken by management in response to internal needs. However, it may also include strategies for responding to external events. It often includes tracking of historical data to plan future changes, a structured procedure for communicating the status of changes to all stakeholders, and a systematic recording of actions taken.
